I specialize in supporting those navigating stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenting, pregnancy, postpartum, relationship and work challenges, the Black community, and young adults (18–24). Through CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Faith- and strength-based care, I create a space for healing and lasting change
