I offer a safe space where you can slow down and explore the parts of yourself that need care, healing, or a voice. We’ll look at how past experiences still influence you today while also focusing on what you want moving forward. My role is to support your growth, build confidence, and help you feel more connected to yourself and others.

I’ll meet you where you are—even if that’s unsure, stuck, worn down, or just ready for a change you can’t name yet. From there, we’ll try new ways of relating with yourself and others so you can feel more connected, confident, and understood. We might laugh, we might cry—sometimes both—because growth is messy, human, and worth showing up for.

My clients describe me as warm, supportive, and easy to talk to. They often share that they feel truly listened to and understood, even when opening up feels difficult. Many say they appreciate my calm presence, genuine care, and the way I help them gain confidence and see new possibilities for themselves.

I specialize in working with people who carry the impact of past trauma, feel overwhelmed by stress or anxiety, or struggle to feel fulfilled in relationships. Many of my clients are used to pushing through and taking care of others, but long for a space where they can focus on their own healing and growth.

I became a therapist because I know how important it is to have a safe space where you feel truly heard and supported. My goal is to walk alongside you with care and curiosity, helping you untangle what feels heavy, discover new possibilities, and create meaningful change in your life.

I approach each person and relationship within the context of their cultural background, personal history, and the larger systems they’re part of. I am mindful of how systemic issues like racism, generational trauma, and societal expectations shape your experiences and relationships, and I create space to explore their impact with thoughtfulness and empathy.
