We’ll look at how past experiences still influence you today while also focusing on what you want moving forward. My role is to support your growth, build confidence, and help you feel more connected to yourself and others.

I’ll meet you where you are—even if that’s unsure, stuck, worn down, or just ready for a change you can’t name yet. From there, we’ll try new ways of relating with yourself and others so you can feel more connected, confident, and understood. We might laugh, we might cry—sometimes both—because growth is messy, human, and worth showing up for.

Many of my clients are used to pushing through and taking care of others, but long for a space where they can focus on their own healing and growth.

I am mindful of how systemic issues like racism, generational trauma, and societal expectations shape your experiences and relationships, and I create space to explore their impact with thoughtfulness and empathy.
