Some things to know about my approach is that I like to meet my clients where they are at and tailor sessions to what they need to help them overcome their struggles. I have experience working with young adults and with clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma.

Together we will work together on growing your skills to cope with your symptoms and develop a better understanding about your emotions.

My skills include using a variety of therapeutic interventions like cognitive behavioral therapy, family functional therapy, trauma focused cognitive behavior therapy, parent child interactive therapy, solution focused, and motivational interviewing.
