Typical sessions include checking in, working on goals in session and utilizing tools, techniques and modalities that are effective in improving mood. Please bring what you want to talk about and expect support and tools to work on after sessions.

I specialize in working with people who:

I have worked with seniors and their families in home health, nursing homes and hospice care. My specialties include: Caregiver burnout, Aging, End of Life, Grief, Healthcare Professionals, Life Transitions, Loss, and Stress.

I became a therapist because:

I love to see people feel confident in their abilities and find their strengths. I enjoy seeing people identify their values and purpose.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer only virtual therapy. I find that this provides many more people the ability to have access to mental health.

More about me and my practice:

I have worked primarily in health care with seniors and made a switch to one on one therapy 4 years ago during covid. I just opened my own practice and looking forward to continuing to work with individuals in improving their mood and well being.
