You feeling heard and accepted is my primary goal. Skill building such as mindfulness, self compassion, unhooking and identifying what matters to you in life is my second goal. I work within your goals for how you wish your life could be and change the wanting into the doing.

Get you out of your head and into your values based life, finding fun, pleasure, meaning, joy again or for the first time. Through my humor, transparency, and tools we can work together on finding these aspects.

Want to be heard by loved ones, assert themselves however struggle with finding the right words or courage to name their needs whether from anxiety or perfectionism. I work with parents as a parent myself I understand from my experience part, but would not assume to know all of your, struggle. I work with those who want to reclaim pleasure in their sex life.
