I specialize in working with people who:

are individuals ages three to adults with a variety of presenting issues, including mood disorders, anger management, parental and family conflicts, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, as well as adjustment issues and phases of life issues.

My therapeutic approach is mainly cognitive and behavioral (CBT) and Client/Centered Therapy but may use other therapeutic approaches as needed. My purpose is to help you gain or regain the level of functioning that you desire.
