My approach is collaborative and empowering. I believe healing happens in community, with providers who listen, support, and empower women to find their own way, not just follow expectations. That’s why I started this practice, to offer care that meets you exactly where you are and gives you the space to heal, be heard, and feel whole again.

Together we will learn how to go from surviving motherhood to trusting yourself again, knowing that you don’t have to carry this weight alone. This was never about getting it perfect. It is about showing up, just as you are. I hope to provide a safe space, so that you may stop holding it all in. Speaking up doesn't make you weak, it makes you free.

My clients describe me as someone who is compassionate, gentle, and non judgmental. My purpose is to help you untangle the guilt, the fear, and the impossible expectations that make you feel like you’re failing, so you can step into motherhood feeling whole, seen, and fully yourself again.

I became a therapist because I want to be able to provide support for other women, particularly Latina and BIPOC women, in a society that can feel so unsupportive at times.

I created my practice to hold the space women so desperately need, so you can release the guilt, let go of the shame and step into the new era of motherhood that gives you your soulful balance again.
