It can be hard to relax and let go of control as uncertainty feels scary & conflict is terrifying, but this is starting to negatively impact the important relationships in your life.

I help women step out of anxiety and overwhelm so they can finally feel calmer, more confident, and connected to themselves & others again. We'll use holistic & evidence-based tools to identify what you're feeling, how to process your emotions, & ways to have healthier relationships. I look forward to using these skills to help you feel more grounded.

I create an environment that is calming and safe for you to express yourself and be heard. This may feel scary or vulnerable at first, but our pace, what you disclose, & how we approach solutions & coping is up to you.
