For couples, we will navigate challenges & deepen connection with the Gottman Method.

I specialize in couples therapy, and in supporting clients through anxiety, depression, chronic pain/illness, grief, life transitions, pregnancy, postpartum & parenting, career/college stress, and also in helping those who identify as HSPs & empaths in managing overwhelm, setting boundaries, and using their sensitivity as a strength.

Life can be incredibly hard at times, and it’s even harder when you feel alone. I’ve been there, and therapy with a truly attuned, caring therapist changed my life and inspired me to become a therapist myself. I believe we all have the capacity to heal, learn, and grow, even through life’s toughest challenges. My hope is to support you as you face yours.

I provide virtual therapy to couples, adults, & teens throughout California via a secure telehealth platform. I accept a number of insurances & offer a sliding scale. I welcome clients of all gender identities, sexual orientations, religions, ethnicities, abilities, & cultures, & strive to create a space that is safe, inclusive, & empowering.
