I offer a calm, attuned space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and relationships while honoring your unique experience and supporting your growth.

Together, we will explore your inner world through IFS-informed therapy, Brainspotting, mindfulness, self-compassion, and EMDR approaches, while honoring the mind/body/soul connection and the personal, relational, societal, and generational factors shaping well-being. For couples, we will navigate challenges and deepen connection using the Gottman Method.

I specialize in supporting clients through anxiety, depression, chronic pain/illness, grief, life transitions, relationships, pregnancy, postpartum & parenting, career/college stress, and also in helping those who identify as HSPs & empaths in managing overwhelm, setting boundaries, and using their sensitivity as a strength.

Life can be incredibly hard at times, and it’s even harder when you feel alone. I’ve been there, and therapy with a truly attuned, caring therapist changed my life and inspired me to become a therapist myself. I believe we all have the capacity to heal, learn, and grow, even through life’s toughest challenges. My hope is to support you as you face yours.

I provide virtual therapy to adults, teens, and couples throughout California via a secure telehealth platform. I am trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, and the Gottman Method, and am IFS-informed through the IFS Institute. My goal is to create a warm, safe, inclusive, and empowering space where clients of all identities feel welcome, respected, and supported.
