I’ll help prioritize your own needs, set healthier boundaries, & clarify your values to slow down and make sustainable changes.

I'll be compassionately direct with a hint of humor. Therapy is a collaborative process so I'm not a smile-and-nod therapist, but I'll be real with you so we can build therapeutic rapport based on authenticity and openness. I'm not gently push you so you can make actionable changes while we’ll also start to dig deep to understand patterns from your past.

Had a rough childhood, so you've learned how to do it all since you couldn't always count on your family. You wanted a different life for yourself, so you've always been an over-achiever to prove to yourself & everyone else that you're different. But you're "fine" compared to everyone else, so prioritizing your own mental health almost feels selfish.

I was born with a congenital heart defect so I've had my fair share of health professionals in my life supporting me. I wanted to be a therapist to help others who also are navigating their own challenges, since I truly understand how hard it can be to ask and rely on others for care and support.

Together we'll promote growth by giving you the tools to develop a deeper self awareness while moving toward the life you want.
