I treat anxiety and trauma with mind-body modalities such as EMDR and somatic based approaches, while also incorporating DBT OR CBT to practice replacing unhealthy thoughts with constructive alternatives.

Learn strategies for regulating your nervous system, process early childhood experiences that impact the present, gain concrete tools to use today, explore negative thinking patterns that are keeping you trapped, laugh, cry and gain new insights.

I specialize in working with people who:

are navigating life transitions, including career changes, childbirth or death of a loved one. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, resentful, angry and unsure of how to navigate their changing roles and the losses but together we find ways to cope

I became a therapist because:

I believe in the power of healing, the power of change and that despite immense hardships our life can be full of joy, meaning and purpose
