My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in care and curiosity. I specialize in working with women healing from childhood trauma and painful relationship patterns, helping calm the nervous system and untangle responses that once felt protective. Using somatic therapy and EMDR, we build steadiness, self-trust, and confidence in using your voice.

I became a therapist because I know how disorienting life’s twists and losses can feel, and how much it matters to have someone truly listen. I wanted to create the kind of space I once needed—where you feel seen without being judged, and supported as you sort through what feels heavy and confusing.

I come from a creative background and bring that same curiosity into therapy. I value humor, connection, and meeting people as they are. My practice welcomes stories, culture, and lived experiences. Lizzy, my Shih Tzu furbaby, often snores through sessions, and outside of work I tend milkweed plants, creating small spaces for monarchs to return and grow.
