My approach is trauma informed, rooted in care and curiosity. I take time to listen and understand what life feels like for you. I offer tools to ease overwhelm, work through what feels heavy, and shape the meaning your story holds. We move at your pace, noticing strengths, sorting what matters, and creating space for meaning, creativity, and pleasure.

Together we will work at your pace to strengthen resilience, process past hurts, and explore what matters most to you. Using an integrative approach, I support growth, balance, and connection—so you feel more grounded, present, and empowered in navigating life’s shifts.

My clients describe me as warm, compassionate, and easy to talk to. They often share that I help them feel safe, seen, and understood while gently guiding them toward growth. Many appreciate my balance of empathy and practicality, as well as my ability to bring calm and grounding to difficult moments.

I specialize in working with people moving through life’s shifts—loss, breakups, burnout, or those in-between stages that feel uncertain. I love supporting teens, women, and creatives carrying trauma, grief, or anxiety, and those who’ve felt unseen or like they don’t fit the mold, offering space to be heard, find strength, and explore what feels possible.

I became a therapist because I know how disorienting life’s twists and losses can feel, and how much it matters to have someone really listen. I wanted to create the kind of space I once needed—where you feel seen, not judged, and supported in sorting through what’s heavy while rediscovering your strength and sense of possibility.

I come from a creative background and bring that same curiosity into therapy. I value humor, connection, and meeting people as they are. My practice welcomes stories, culture, and lived experience. Lizzy, my Shih Tzu furbaby, often snores through sessions, and outside of work I tend milkweed plants, creating small spaces for monarchs to return and grow.
