My approach is supportive and interactive. Life is a complex adventure. Sometimes we need a helping hand to restore our balance. The road to wisdom and understanding is different for every person. I am a good listener, but i am not the silent type. I believe that therapy works best as a lively collaboration.

Together we will work towards trying to discover the most authentic version of yourself. Finding our center balances us. When we sincerely come from our "true selves" we notice that anxiety and depression often decrease-our ability to communicate our needs and deal with conflict greatly improves. We will also look to identify our shadow aspects.
