Move slowly beneath the surface of what you already know about yourself. We'll track what's happening in your nervous system, work with the parts of you that have been doing a lot of heavy lifting, and find what wants to reorganize when given enough space and safety to do so.

Warm, direct, and easy to be real with. People who have spent years feeling like they needed to translate themselves tend to relax here. I bring genuine curiosity and occasional humor to hard things, and people tend to settle in faster than they thought they would.

For years I dealt with chronic pain and a dysregulated nervous system. Talk therapy helped me understand my patterns, but somatic work was what allowed my body to actually reorganize. That experience shapes how I practice: slowly, collaboratively, and with genuine respect for what the nervous system needs.

I understand where you're coming from, not just clinically, but personally. I know what it's like to have a fast mind in a slow world. I work with neurodivergent adults who are self-identified, recently diagnosed, or still figuring it out. My practice is in Los Angeles and I also see clients throughout California via Telehealth.
