With extensive experience supporting children, families, and adults facing anxiety, PTSD, substance use, depression, communication, relational, and emotional regulation challenges, I understand the complexity of the human experience.

Proudly bilingual in Farsi/Persian and English, I strive to create a safe, inclusive space for individuals and families of all backgrounds.

Outside of my work, I enjoy playing the handpan drum and crafting. I'm committed to providing culturally sensitive, effective therapy and walking alongside you on your path to healing and well-being.
