My overall approach is person-centered, humanistic, mindfulness, somatic therapy modalities. However, I am well trained and frequently implement other approaches in order to create an individualized therapeutic experience.

I specialize in working with people who:

are experiencing depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, addictions and conflict in their relationships with loved ones. I also specialize in trauma healing, cultural trauma, pregnancy loss, family conflicts, as well as gender transitions.

I became a therapist because:

I was inspired through my own life experiences of how empowering it is to be present and hold space for people to walk through their healing journey.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

the convenience to be in the space of your choice in your own home or special place where you feel the safest, and most comfortable.

I come from a mixed cultural heritage and family that are dedicated to helping, advocating, empowering people to find their "voice" and life meaning. My combined background and professional education help to offer a personalized treatment approach.
