I became a therapist because I wanted to help people reclaim the parts of their lives that fear, anxiety, OCD, and trauma have taken away. Watching people make meaningful progress, overcome challenges they once thought were impossible, and reclaim their lives is what makes this work meaningful to me.

Outside of therapy, I'm a husband and father who values curiosity, lifelong learning, and spending time with my family. In my practice, I strive to create a supportive, collaborative environment where you feel both understood and challenged. My goal is to help you build lasting skills that continue to serve you long after therapy ends.
