I help uncover the patterns underneath what's been weighing on you — the inherited hurts, the unspoken rules, the conscripted roles — so that clients can finally lead from who they really are, not who everyone needed them to be. My work is grounded in liberation psychology, facing the real conditions of life (not just coping mechanisms) and collective care.

Together we will find language for an experience most people around you may not understand, identify the narratives and cultural scripts handed to you by systems with an investment in your smallness and begin reclaiming your agency on your own terms.

Clients describe me as thoughtful, perceptive, passionate and grounding. They appreciate having a space where their experiences make sense, while being gently challenged to understand the patterns and systems shaping their lives. Some of the most meaningful moments in therapy happen when insight, compassion, and humor show up in the room together.

People who are stuck in a cycle of crashing out in the midst of systemic dysfunction in their family, work, culture, church - wherever there are relational power dynamics at play.

The honest answer - I was tired of losing myself in roles that others wanted me to play (just so they could keep the status quo). Studying Family Systems gave me language for the patterns and the dynamics that started before I was old enough to question them. Being a therapist was never my plan, but it’s become my calling to help others find their own path.

Because of my own experiences and lessons learned, I now help clients do what I had to do - stop performing, start restructuring, transform pain into embodied, systemic-level change, and reclaim agency over their own story and health.
