I believe there is a natural solution to every problem. I take a holistic approach to counseling, factoring in our physical health, environment, patterns of behavior, relationships, mindset and spirituality. I am also a board certified behavior analyst which means my therapy style is directive and data driven. This is not your typical “talk therapy.”

Together we will set specific goals and try out new behaviors. I will ask you to take notes on what works and what doesn't and then we’ll tweak things as we go. We will examine and modify things like your diet, exercise and sleep and I will teach you natural and effective strategies for coping with depression, anxiety, ADHD etc

My clients often tell me I am unlike any therapist they ever had because I am direct and I do WAY more than just listen. I won’t tell you what you want to hear, I’ll tell you what you need to hear in order to make the changes that you want for your life. They also say I am funny, creative and down to earth :)
