Something to know about my approach is:

I am all about authenticity and congruency. I show up as myself, own my mistakes, express my thoughts, and recognize that I must be consistent and earn your trust, just as any other human being.

Work on managing anxiety-provoking issues: childhood traumas, dissociative experiences, and relationship woes (even with friends). Tell me about your day or tell me about that one time a long, long time ago... I'm here for it.

I specialize in working with people who:

experience women's issues. In healthcare settings, horizontal violence and vicarious trauma; as well as, pregnant women at all stages and the bodily traumas and anxieties. Diagnosed with BPD or have a loved one who is.

I became a therapist because:

I suppose the baseline is to help people, but really: I want to show people that love is not a scarce resource.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

It's virtual; so technically, anywhere you are, anything you are doing, I can show up for you.

More about me and my practice:

I am a mother of two young children. I have anxiety, traumas, and ADHD. I feel confident in my skills and experience, both educational and personal.
