My work is rooted in compassion. You can expect me to provide an inclusive space for you to be fully seen and heard without judgment. We may also laugh together, when appropriate, because I believe in its power to heal and connect us.

If we work together we'll collaborate to shift the old patterns that aren't working for you anymore, and create new space for clarity and growth. We will likely explore the past and its effect on the present, gaining a deeper understanding of how certain patterns came to be, before attempting to shift them.
