My approach is collaborative and experiential. I believe you’re the expert on your life. I welcome passions, fandoms, and hyperfixations into therapy as tools for insight. Instead of only talking, we’ll also focus on doing—using creative, embodied, and action-based methods to support your growth.

Together we’ll explore your story, honor what matters most to you, and find creative ways to support change. We’ll bring curiosity, imagination, and action into the room—whether that means working through stuck points, building skills, or using your passions as tools for healing.

My clients describe me as warm, attentive, and creative. They often say they feel seen, supported, and gently challenged in our work. I bring curiosity, a sense of humor, and a deep respect for each person’s unique way of making sense of the world.

I work with people who are emotionally curious, often neurodivergent, and looking for therapy that feels like a good fit...not forced. Many of my clients feel misunderstood or “too much” elsewhere, but find that using their interests and inner strengths makes healing possible.

I became a therapist because I wanted to create the kind of space I wish more people had growing up...one that honors complexity, emotion, and imagination. I love walking alongside people as they reconnect with themselves, challenge old patterns, and find their own way forward.

I’m passionate about social justice and human rights, and I bring that commitment into my practice including but not limited to gender affirming care. Outside therapy, I’m giggling at my animals, a retired MMORPG player, a cozy gamer, and someone who’s always falling for a good lyric. I believe in creating a space where you can be fully yourself.
