My approach blends talk therapy, mindfulness, parts work and creative tools like sand tray therapy and oracle cards to encourage healing and self-discovery. I utilize methods from attachment theory, Jungian, Contemplative and Somatic Psychology. We will find the approaches that best fit your needs and will always move at a pace that is comfortable for you.

Together we will create a safe, supportive space to explore what’s bringing you to therapy, calm your nervous system, and gently work through anxiety, relationship patterns, life transitions, and the impact of narcissistic or spiritual abuse—supporting insight, healing, and lasting change.

My clients describe me as an understanding guide and empathic support who shows up with authenticity and compassion. Therapy with me is safe, welcoming, and down-to-earth—not stiff or clinical. I can be direct when needed, bring a sense of humor, and you’re welcome to bring any topic, emotion, and your unfiltered self.

I specialize in women’s mental health. I help women work through anxiety, life changes, perimenopause/menopause, spiritual and narcissistic abuse, and relationship issues. I also support women therapists.

I am passionate about creating a safe space for women who were raised in families, religions, or cultural systems that taught them to put others first. Aging, navigating life transitions, and living with anxiety can feel overwhelming. I want women to have a place to heal, feel seen, and to step into their power as strong, confident, and whole women.

I know pain—divorce, death of an adult child, and navigating disempowering systems. My therapy blends over a decade of clinical experience with lived experience. I continue my own growth, bringing authenticity, humility, and humanity, which helps me connect deeply with the women I work with
