I offer multiple ways to express yourself, especially if you find words to be limiting. It's optional, but I offer art therapy as well as a technique called Brainspotting that can help you access new strengths and insights.

figure out what you need and how you can advocate for yourself to create a life where you feel seen and valued. We’ll help you move through tough transitions and stressful situations.

I specialize in working with people who:

feel the weight of work, relationship, and life stress. My clients have been taught to push away parts of themselves that don’t meet their own or societal expectations and benefit from making space for all parts of themselves.

I became a therapist because:

I wanted to share tools that I found helpful. I enjoy learning new tools to share and the gift of sitting together to explore what works for you.
