My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I want therapy to feel like a place where you can be honest about what is hard without feeling like you have to perform or have everything figured out. I draw from ACT, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and a culturally humble, trauma-informed perspective.

Together we will explore what is getting in the way, build practical tools for difficult moments, and work toward changes that feel meaningful to you. We will also make space for the thoughts and emotions you cannot simply “fix” while helping you move toward the life and relationships that matter most.

My clients describe me as warm, calm, genuine, and easy to talk to. I try to bring both compassion and honesty into the room. My goal is to create a safe space where you can feel understood while also being gently challenged when it may help you grow.

I specialize in working with people who feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or emotionally exhausted, especially those who are used to taking care of everyone else. I work with teens, adults, older adults, caregivers, and people navigating trauma, grief, chronic illness, relationship stress, and major life transitions.
