It can be difficult finding someone to turn to when you are experiencing difficult times. Whether you are dealing with depression, anxiety, or having difficulty managing life stressors, I am here to support and work with you as you navigate such life events.

I aim to help my clients overcome their adversities and achieve some form of healing in their life. In my practice, it is a collaboration where I work with my clients in resolving issues and achieving mental wellness. Even if it is not concerning mental health, I do also provide life coaching to address personal goals (ex: fitness, work goals).

My clients would describe me as a relatable and compassionate therapist. Clients feel comfortable opening up in sessions because they know that in my practice, they are safe to do so.

For Kaiser NorCal insurance participants, you will likely need to obtain authorization from Kaiser. Please contact your Kaiser Mental Health department to review if you need authorization to see outside therapists. If Kaiser does give you approval, I am on Grow Therapy which is a contracted provider that can see clients that have Kaiser NorCal insurance.
