I seek to work on healing the nervous system by using mindfulness stress reduction, Trauma-informed CBT, and DBT.

We all have lived experiences that have shaped and molded us into who we are today. I have a passion in being an empathic listener as we go on this journey of healing together.

I have a passion for families and helping prenatal mothers as I have work experience working for Rady Childrens Hospital coordinating services for families with children 0-5 years old, and prenatal parents.

As a first generation Hispanic American I hope to help those that want to break the unhealthy cycles in their families and heal.

I am open to people from all different types of walks of life and to assist tailor treatment to each individual's needs.
