My clients describe me as warm, grounded, and deeply supportive. I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves, build healthier relationships, and feel more secure in who they are. Being part of someone’s healing and witnessing meaningful change is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

I specialize in working with teens, families, and individuals navigating identity, relationships, self-esteem, trauma, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. I also support teens, young adults, and families with communication challenges, emotional regulation, and the stressors that come with growing up and finding your place in the world.

I became a therapist because I believe healing happens through meaningful connection. I’m deeply motivated by supporting others in understanding themselves, navigating challenges, and creating lasting change. Walking alongside people during moments of growth and healing is both an honor and a calling for me.

My style is warm, relational, and often playful. I bring humor and personality into the room while holding space for complex emotions. Clients value my genuineness and balance of compassion with honest reflection. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel understood, gently challenged, and empowered to grow at your own pace.
