I work with people who carry a great deal, professionally, personally, and relationally. Together, we look beyond symptom management to understand the patterns, relationships, and experiences that shaped them, creating meaningful and lasting change.

My goal is to build a judgement free, safe, grounded space where we can honestly and curiously explore who you are, who you've been, and who you're becoming. Including executives, young professionals, tech and public service, teens, adults, couples, families, immigrants, and those impacted by the justice system. Together, we address anxiety, trauma, relationships, burnout, grief, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and life transitions.

Someone once told me their parents said, "If you ever meet a therapist, ask them what happened to them." I wasn't curious about the therapist, I was curious about the parents. That kind of curiosity has guided my life since I could remember. I've lived many chapters, and each one led me to this work and a deep appreciation for the complexity of being human.
