My goal is to build a judgement free, safe, grounded space where we can honestly and curiously explore who you are, who you've been, and who you're becoming. I draw from education, clinical training, science, and lived experience. If you're looking for a specific approach you don't see listed, reach out, I'd be happy to talk.

Knowledgeable, honest, and curious, straightforward when needed, compassionate in my approach, and able to find room for humor along the way. I ask thoughtful questions, notice patterns, and am willing to name what feels difficult to say out loud. There is room for both depth and laughter in our work.

After a decade in diversity, equity, and inclusion work, witnessing widespread injustice and rising individual and collective trauma after 2020, drew me to therapy. My travels and life between cultures deepened my curiosity about identity, belonging, and how we heal, bringing my commitment to social change into one-to-one connection.
