I'm curious about ones' uniqueness and ask a variety of questions in hopes to help you look at yourself from a different lens. As a client you may find that I gently challenge self-prescribed beliefs to identify maladaptive schemas.

We'll collaborate to find personalized goals and treatment with self-compassion and interpersonal growth as the foundation. Ultimately clients will determine the success of treatment and I will help guide the process and provide fitting coping tools.

I enjoy working with adults from a variety of backgrounds looking for genuine warmth and are motivated to work on themselves. Therapy it supposed to be a challenge and the sincere connection I hope to make with you is an important part.

I became a therapist because:

I have a genuine interest in people and how they function in the world. I feel so very privileged to walk this path with my clients.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I work from home so you may hear and see my seven year old ChiWeenie dog named BB on occasion. My home office is private and confidential.

I have a trauma-informed clinical background and gauge our therapeutic work from that lens, when appropriate. I'm also a new mom to a wonderful baby girl.
