I help mothers and women through a holistic, trauma-informed approach that integrates attachment work, parts work (IFS), EMDR, and somatic practices — helping you regulate your nervous system, heal old wounds, and gain insight into the patterns keeping you stuck.

Together, we’ll uncover the root of your struggles and develop practical tools you can use outside of therapy. My goal is for you to feel empowered to create lasting change — so you can finally get unstuck, find relief, and build the self-trust you need to step out of survival mode.

My clients describe me as a warm, down-to-earth clinician who creates a safe, inclusive space that meets you where you are while gently challenging you to grow. Some days we may be crying; other days we may be laughing. I show up fully and authentically — as both a therapist and a midlife mom of two blending lived experience with clinical expertise.

The women, mothers, and their partners that I help are navigating anxiety related to major life transitions, infertility challenges and loss, perinatal anxiety and depression, grief, midlife shifts, trauma, and CPTSD.

I began my career as a television producer, but becoming a mother shifted everything. I wanted to show up for my children in a way I hadn’t experienced growing up. Pregnancy, parenting and later - secondary infertility brought unresolved wounds to the surface, guiding me toward my own healing and becoming a therapist supporting women through motherhood.

I’m especially drawn to women in the thick of it — navigating reproductive loss and fertility after starting motherhood later than expected, parenting in the middle years, caring for aging parents, and reckoning with the pull of midlife. This is often when the inner critic grows loudest and when self-trust becomes most important.
