I don’t expect you to arrive with the “right” words or open up before you feel ready. I take time to build trust and shape therapy around your unique experiences and needs, meeting you where you’re at. We might use conversation, creativity, reflection, or tools to explore anxiety, ADHD, identity, school or work stress, relationships, culture and belonging.

Together, we will slow things down and understand what may be beneath the anxiety, overthinking, or feeling stuck. We’ll explore the patterns shaping your emotions, choices, and relationships, while finding practical ways to manage stress, express what you need, build confidence, and feel more grounded and more aligned in who you are and what comes next.

My clients describe me as warm, encouraging, curious, and easy to talk to. They appreciate that I listen closely, don’t rush them, and make room for creativity, humor, and play. Clients often leave feeling more hopeful, able to see their situation differently, and more aware of strengths that can be difficult to recognize when life feels overwhelming.

I specialize in working with teens and young adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure of where they belong. They may overthink, struggle with school or work, navigate ADHD, move between cultures, or face changes in identity and relationships. Often, they appear “fine” while carrying more inside than others realize.

I believe people need spaces where they can be fully heard without being rushed or reduced to a problem. As a TCK who has moved between places and cultures, I understand how change can shape identity, belonging, and grief. I’m honored to help young people discover their strengths and grow into lives that feel like their own.

I offer in-person therapy in Pasadena and secure online therapy throughout California, with weekday evening and Saturday morning appointments. My fee is $135 per session. I’m an out-of-network provider and can provide superbills for possible PPO reimbursement. Limited sliding-scale spaces may be available. I offer a free 15-minute consultation - let's talk!
