I take a holistic approach that looks at the whole person. Past experiences and trauma can shape how we feel in our bodies and how we connect with others. I use EMDR, somatic work, EFT, mindfulness, and attachment-based therapy to help people process painful experiences and move toward lasting healing.

Warm, calm, and easy to talk to. Many people say they feel comfortable opening up because I listen deeply and meet them with compassion. I help people slow down, understand themselves more clearly, and feel supported as they work through difficult experiences and create meaningful change.

Feel stuck in painful relationship patterns. You may shut down during conflict, feel anxious or disconnected with others, or notice the same struggles repeating in your relationships. Many of my clients have experienced trauma and want help understanding these patterns and creating healthier ways of connecting.

I believe people can heal when they feel safe, understood, and supported. I’m passionate about helping people make sense of their experiences, reconnect with themselves, and build relationships that feel healthier and more secure. Seeing people grow and create meaningful change is deeply rewarding to me.

My practice focuses on helping people heal from trauma and build healthier relationships. I offer therapy for individuals, couples, and families and take a mind-body approach that supports lasting change. My goal is to help you feel more like yourself again and create a life and relationships that feel more peaceful and fulfilling.
