I take a holistic approach that looks at the whole person. Trauma and past relationship experiences can shape how you feel, respond, and connect with others. I use EMDR, somatic therapy, EFT, mindfulness, and attachment-based therapy to help people process painful experiences, heal deeply, and create lasting change in their lives and relationships.
