I utilize a variety of interventions to tailor the therapy to the client which are Solution-Focused Therapy, Existential, REBT, CBT, and Structural Family Therapy. I look to help discover healthier forms of communication skills.

Together, we will:

Work together to decide the aims of therapy. At each session, a portion of the time will be set aside to see how the client feels about progress. Goals are modified as needed.

The clients I typically see, struggle with symptoms of depression, anxiety, low self-worth, difficulty controlling impulses, lack of purpose and meaning, and job and/or family stress.

I became a therapist because:

A very special teacher (he also worked as a therapist) invested time in me and showed me how my life had meaning.

I am currently licensed as an LMFT and LPCC. I provide telehealth services to anyone living in California. My approach to therapy is that I am your guide on this journey.
