Something to know about my approach is that I offer a warm, non-judgmental space, while also challenging you to grow. We talk openly about sex and relationships, because they deeply impact your wellbeing. There’s so much stigma around these topics, but not here. This is a space where we go there, together.

Together we’ll address sexual concerns—mismatched desire, ED, pain, shame, exploration, or trauma—as well as relationship challenges like conflict, disconnection, or cultural expectations. I’ll help you break unhealthy patterns and move toward deeper connection, healing, and pleasure.
