I am present in an empathetic, non-judgmental, and collaborative way. I strive to create a space to feel safe, seen, and heard to do the hard work.

I believe the root of most issues lies in our attachment with early caregivers to form our core beliefs. We will unearth patterns and work toward reframing and revising what affects how we show up in our present relationships and lives.

You are enough. There are no bounds to what we can work on together. I encourage transparency and vulnerability so we can forge new patterns of trust and relating to others.

Past experiences may have created a negative inner voice undercutting your self-worth and capacity for joy. People pleasing/perfectionism may have left you needing to do or be more, unable to enjoy the present. You are driven to make changes.

I changed my life and career via volunteering with the suicide crisis line, finding fulfillment in helping others and being of service.

I work from offices in Mar Vista/Marina del Rey and Redondo Beach. I also offer remote therapy to California residents.

Therapy is not one size fits all. I have a collaborative, strengths-based, and integrative approach drawing on different modalities best suited to you and your goals.
