I know what it feels like to be high-functioning and lost at the same time. To look fine, keep moving, and quietly wonder if this is it. I spent years in entertainment and marketing before my own nervous system demanded something different. I didn't find my way into this work through a calling. I found it because I needed it first. That shapes everything.

I'm an Asian American therapist in Los Angeles, seeing clients in person in Mar Vista and Redondo Beach, and remotely across California. I'm EMDR-trained and trauma-informed, specializing in trauma, perfectionism, and life transitions. I work with individuals and couples.
