My client-centered therapeutic approach is informed by Psychosynthesis and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies. Psychosynthesis aims to integrate subpersonalities from the higher (strengths), middle, and lower unconscious. We may conduct inner child work, reclaim shamed gifts, and challenge abusive internal others.

Together, we will create a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, valued, and understood. I provide a warm, accepting environment that encourages you to explore your strengths, challenges, and goals at your own pace, helping you build insight, resilience, and meaningful change in your life.

I am thoughtful yet practical, offering supportive guidance while empowering them to build confidence, clarity, and meaningful change in their lives.

My work history includes supporting adults, teens, and couples. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, codependency, midlife transitions, dual diagnoses, narcissistic traits, bipolar and dissociative disorders, as well as trauma- and stressor-related conditions.

I became a therapist because I am passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges and recognize their inner strengths. I believe everyone deserves a safe space to feel heard and understood. Walking alongside clients as they grow, heal, and build resilience is deeply meaningful and rewarding to me.

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who values reflection and caring for my cat in my spare time. My graduate studies included Buddhist psychology, Jungian theory, psychosynthesis, and spiritual guidance. I can incorporate meditation when helpful, and we will focus on whatever you choose to bring to our work together.
