I became a therapist because I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges while discovering their inner strength and resilience. I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who values reflection and caring for my cat in my spare time. My graduate studies included Buddhist psychology, Jungian theory, psychosynthesis, and spiritual guidance. I can incorporate meditation when helpful, and we will focus on whatever you choose to bring to our work together.
