As a queer couple and relationship therapist, I help people navigate relationships, sex, emotional intimacy, and gender identity. I help LGBTQ+ clients navigate identity and find queer joy even when living in “unprecedented times.” You and your partner may be feeling stuck, wanting closeness but overwhelmed by the distance that keeps showing up between you.

Together, we can build self-trust, compassion, and meaningful relationships. Through therapy, your relationship can feel good again - maybe even better than ever. You can feel pride and confidence in your identity. We can work to let go of lingering feelings of shame from past experiences or religious environments. You deserve a life that feels meaningful.

I value authentically showing up as myself, which means I’ll show you my personality, share my sense of humor with you, and also sit with you in moments of pain. My clients also describe be as direct, insight, warm, and compassionate.

I work with individuals and couples navigating: LGBTQIA+ identity, relationship concerns, sex and intimacy challenges, polyamory and non-monogamy, affairs and breaches of trust, and relational trauma. I also provide therapy for therapists.
