My baseline and foundation for providing therapy is to have an unconditional-positive-therapeutic regard for my clients. Additionally, my approach is thorough, engaging, thoughtful, hopeful, person-centered and at times, challenging (when necessary).

One step at a time, aim to collaboratively identify barriers, regulate emotions, and explore solutions that will help navigate life’s challenges (past or present). Goal: Discover/reconnect with your higher self, increase peace and accept joy.
