I'm passionate about supporting BIPOC and other marginalized communities, while also creating a space where you feel seen, affirmed, and empowered to heal.

My clients describe me as empathetic, warm, and easy to talk to. I bring a light, grounded energy into sessions, balancing humor, grace, and depth. I work along side my clients to create a judgement-free space where clients can fully be themselves while doing meaningful healing work.

I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults, drawing from my background in child development and experience as a school social worker. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, and body image concerns with care and compassion.

I became a therapist because I deeply value helping people feel seen, supported, and empowered. My work is rooted in uplifting and amplifying marginalized and often unheard voices, and is informed and shaped by my own childhood experiences with trauma. My story shaped who I am today, and fueled my passion for creating safe and affirming spaces for healing.
