Many of the queer and neurodivergent clients I work with struggle with being kind to themselves and have a hard time feeling "normal." I’m passionate about supporting my clients by using systems theories, empathetic listening, parts work, and EMDR to help them feel more capable of caring for themselves and move towards areas of pleasure in their lives.

A warm, patient, and caring person. They appreciate that I make space based on what my clients are needing in-session; whether that's space to vent, creating a game plan for improving life skills, practicing ways to communicate with loved ones, or using the space to discuss their current interests or passions, we can be flexible in exploring what you need.

I have always felt that connection to others give meaning to life. I enjoy getting to know the intricacies of everyone's lives and love understanding more about why someone is feeling the way they are feeling. As a therapist, I can create the warm, curious, and compassionate space that helps us open up and explore.

I love using creative tools in therapy. Sometimes this looks like imagining your feelings as a character or color to make it feel less personal. This can also look like recognizing your individual strengths, experiences, and coping skills and using these creative techniques to bolster how you use them in your life.
