I have experienced firsthand the mental health needs and lack of representation and support for AAPI/BIPOC youth and adults.

As a 1.5 gen Filipino-American therapist, I am culturally responsive to my clients' points of intersectionality. I am Attachment and strengths-based, and pull from EFT, somatics, IFS parts work, Brainspotting, somatic therapy, and other theories to meet my clients' unique needs.
