My clients describe me as:

warm, authentic, non-judgmental, and safe. My primary focus is to ensure my clients "feel felt." My skillset includes dad jokes and occasional tears.

Something to know about my approach is:

I put my pants on and spill coffee on my t-shirt just like you. This means I show up in therapy as a regular person with training and expertise that is delivered in a way to encourage and allow for you to relax, be yourself, and get deep.

Together, we will:

uncover the drivers and triggers that keep you feeling stuck, from living fully and authentically. I will join alongside you on your journey to wholeness, healing, and peace.

I specialize in working with people who:

are exploring identity, whether that be cultural, relational, sexual, or gendered. I am pro-human and sex-positive. My work in trauma, sex therapy, and identity often intersect with one another. I also utilize EMDR and IFS interventions with clients.

I became a therapist because:

once upon a time, I, too, was a client in therapy. I'm living proof in my belief that people can change and have the life they want.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

the whimsical and colorful space that promotes creativity. Options to meet include virtual or in person.
