I specialize in working with people who are part of or allied with the 2SLGBTQQIA+ community, especially those navigating identity, trauma, dissociation, or relationship struggles. I also support folks feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or seeking a more authentic connection with themselves and others.

I enjoy helping people. It is an honor to be a witness and guide for another person’s journey of recovery and self-discovery. I had a therapist myself during a dark period in my life, which helped me feel like I could cope with my struggles and live a more meaningful life. I decided that being a therapist is an important job, and so I became one myself!

I'm a queer, trans, and trauma-informed therapist supporting teens and adults through identity, dissociation, stress, and relationships.
