I bring curiosity and often some humor into the therapy room. I'm told that I can also be direct, in a comforting way. I use EMDR, Mindfulness, Talk Therapy and positive visualization to help set the direction of therapy when needed.

Together, we will examine the things that cause you to feel stuck and look at them without judgement. We will find ways to help you move through the thoughts and memories that hold you back

I spent nearly 10 years working with adults and adolescents who have struggled with various transitions in life, as well as trauma, depression, anxiety. I work with adults, teens, first responders Vets and LGBTQIA+ folk of all ages.

My office is light, private and comfortable. There is ample free parking within a few blocks as well.
