I’m passionate about supporting individuals and families as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout your therapeutic journey.

Together, we will build practical coping skills, deepen self-awareness, and develop healthier ways of navigating life’s challenges.

My clients describe me as compassionate, attentive, and collaborative — someone who fosters a safe, nonjudgmental environment while providing thoughtful guidance and practical tools to support growth and healing.

I enjoy working with children, teens, and young adults. I support clients with anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, and emotional regulation. With a background as an RBT in ABA, I effectively support youth, including those with autism spectrum–related needs.

I became a therapist because I’m passionate about helping people feel seen, understood, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges. I believe in the power of connection, insight, and practical tools to create meaningful, lasting change.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach, and my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University.
