Together, we'll get curious about what's happening and why certain patterns keep showing up. We'll slow things down enough to notice what happens when they're activated, understand what may be driving them, and work toward more freedom and choice in how you live, relate, and respond.

My clients describe me as compassionate, attuned, honest, and direct. They often say they feel deeply heard and understood, while also appreciating that I’ll challenge them when it’s helpful. I’m actively engaged in our work — I listen closely, ask questions, offer perspective, and bring practical tools into the process.

In our first session, I’ll give you a sense of how I structure our time, including a brief grounding practice at the beginning and a few breaths to close. We’ll cover confidentiality, then talk about what brings you in, what you’re hoping for, and questions from your paperwork. It’s also a chance for you to ask questions and get a feel for me.

I've always been curious about people — why we become who we are, what shapes the ways we relate and respond, and what makes change possible. Psychology gave me a way to keep exploring those questions while doing work that feels meaningful to me. More than 20 years later, I'm still curious.

My practice is warm and collaborative, with room for depth, curiosity, and humor. I work with adults and couples in weekly therapy, and offer Intensives and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy as longer sessions that can help catalyze change. Outside the therapy room, I love dancing, being in nature, spending time with family and friends, and bringing people together.
