My approach is coming from a place of curiosity and meeting you where you are, with the intent to listen to your worries and needs, as well as your strengths and what you are proud of. I learn what makes you who you are considering family and culture, and see what values you want to keep and what changes you want to make so you can be where you want be.

Together we will figure what goals you have for therapy and your life, explore beyond the surface of what has been going on, and go deeper so that you can have the insight you need to change patterns that are holding you and your relationships back.

My clients would describe me as being good at what I do. I can meet you where you are, and I can also challenge you and have you consider new perspectives you might not have thought of before. To build courage, bravery, and even pride by expanding your comfort zone around things that are awkward and unfamiliar.
